How do I convert min/km to km/h?
Divide 60 by your pace in minutes. For example, 5:00/km = 60 ÷ 5 = 12 km/h. For 4:30/km, that's 60 ÷ 4.5 = 13.33 km/h.
How do I convert min/km to min/mile?
Multiply your pace in min/km by 1.609. For example, 5:00/km × 1.609 = 8:03/mile.
